Kārikā Prathamaḥ

Shallt be by these a̩meya̍'s, by these du̩ṣkara̍ śata̍̍ ̍s; ¦

shallt be by these a̩meya̍̍ ̍s, by these kuśa̍la̩ a̩caya̍̍̍̇̍ ̍s; |

shallt be by the apra̩meya̍, with kāla̍; ¦

tis from the a̩meya̍ ā̍vara̩ṇa kṣaya̍. || 9.1 ||

Kārikā Dvitīyaḥ

Sarva̍ ā̍kāra̩ (of) jñatā̍ a̍vā̩pti̍'ng, ¦

sarva̩ a̩vara̍ṇa ni̩rmalā̍, |

a vi̩vṛtā̍, a ratna̩ peṭā̍, like̩ that, ¦

(tis) the buddha̍tva, to (a) sa̩mu̍dā̩hṛta̍'ng. || 9.2 ||

Nirdeśa Bhūtaḥ

Kārikā Tṛtīyaḥ

Having kṛtvā̍ ̇d, (a) du̩ṣkara̍ a̩dbhuta̍, with these śrama̩ śata̍ ̇s, ‸ having sañ̩citya̍ ̇d, sarva̩ śubha̍, ¦

with kāla̩, the u̩tta̍ma̩ ̇st kalpa̍ yāna̍ ̇ng, (one is) a̩hatā̍ ̇d, ‸ of sarva̩ ā̩vṛtī̍'s, from kṣaya̍'ng. |

Of sūkṣma̍, of a̩vara̍ṇa, in these bhūmi̍ ̇s, of gata̍ ̇ng, ‸ from ut̩pāṭa̍na, (is) the bu̩ddha̍tā. ¦

Of these ratna̍ ̇s, like tha̩t, she̍ is a pra̩bhāva̍ a̩hatā̍'ng, ‸ the peṭā̍ samu̩ddhā̍'t, a̍ti̩tā̍. || 9.3 ||

Kārikā Caturthaḥ

A̩ll these dharma̍'s, also̩ the buddha̍tva̩, ¦

are the dharma̍; not just so, also̩ anythi̍ng, |

for a śukla̩ dharma̍, (tis) thi̩s; for tha̎t, and ¦

no̩t also̍ by tho̩se, tha̍t is ni̩rūpya̍te ̇d. || 9.4 ||

Kārikā Pañcamaḥ

From the dharma̩ ratna̍'s ni̩mitta̍tva, ¦

(tis) labdha̩ ̇ng, for (a) ratna̍ ā̍kara̩ u̩pama̍'st. |

Śubha̩, from the āsya̍'d ni̩mitta̍tva, ¦

the labdha̩ ̇ng, (tis) to (a) megha̍ u̍pama̩'st, the mata̍. || 9.5 ||

Dharma Lakṣaṇa

Kārikā Ṣaṣtaḥ

For buddha̍tva, (tis) the sarva̩ dharma̍, ‸ sa̩mudi̍ta ̇d, mo̩reover also̍, ‸ for sarva̩ dharma̍ vya̩peta̍ ̇d. ¦

From (a) pro̩dbhūti̍, from the dharma̩ ratna̍ ‸ co̩ntinuo̍usly being su̩maha̍t, ‸ (is) the dharma̩ ratna̍ a̍kara̩ ā̩bha. |

Of these bhū̍ta ̇s, the śukla̩, (tis) of tha̎t, ‸ pra̩sava̍'ng su̩maha̍t, ‸ from hetu̩ta̍, for the megha̩·bhūta̍. ¦

From dāna̍'ng, (tis) of the dharma̩ a̩mbu varṣa̍'ng ‸ co̩ntinuo̍usly suvi̩hita̍ ̇d, ‸ of (an) a̩kṣaya̍, upon the pra̩jā̍'s. || 9.6 ||

Śaraṇatva Ānuttarya

Kārikā Saptamaḥ

Pari̩trāṇa̍, ve̩rily, buddha̍tva, ¦

(tis) from eve̍ry kleśa̩ gaṇa̍, alwa̩ys, |

from all the̍se du̩ścari̍ta ̇s, a̩nd, ¦

from janma̍ ̇ng (and) mara̩ṇa̍ ̇ng, moreo̩ver, also̍. || 9.7 ||

Kārikā Aṣtamaḥ

From these upa̩drava̍ ̇s, from sarva̍, ¦

from a̩pāya̍, from anu̩pāya̍, |

from the sa̩t kāya̍, from the dhīna̩ yāna̍ also̩, ¦

from tha̎t, śara̩ṇa̍, (tis) the u̩ttama̍'st. || 9.8 ||

Kārikā Navamaḥ

Śara̍ṇa, a̩nupama̍ (is) tha͈t, ‸ for (a) śreṣṭha̍ buddha̍tva̩, iṣṭa̍'ng. ¦

In these jana̍na's (and) mara̍ṇa's (of) sarva ‸ kleśa̩ (and) pāpa̍, (tis) the rakṣā̍. |

Of these vi̩vidha̍ bhaya̩ ̇s gata̍ ̇ng, ‸ (tis) sarva̩ rakṣā̍, for a̍pa̩yāna̍ ̇ng; ¦

co̩ntinu̍ously, of these vi̩vidha̍ ̇s of du̩ḥkha̍ ̇ng ‸ the a̍pā̩yana̍'s u̍pāya̩ gānā̍ ̇ng. || 9.9 ||

Kārikā Daśamaḥ

With these bauddha̍'s, with dharma̍'s, ‸ whe̩nce also̍, for the susa̩mpūrṇa̍ śarī̩ra̍; ¦

one who, in sa̩d dharma̍, ‸ vetti̍'s, also̩, for these sattva̍'s, to pravi̩netu̍m, |

for yāta̍'ng, to the pāra̍; ‸ whe̩nce, (tis) with kṛpa̍, upon a̩ll these jaga̍t's. ¦

Tha̩t buddha̍tva, ‸ (tis) for the śreṣṭha̍; he̩re iṣṭa̍'d, of these śara̩ṇa̍'s. || 9.10 ||

Kārikā Ekādaśaḥ

From this ā̩loka̍, of sarva̩ sattva̍ ̇s, ¦

for buddha̍tva̩, for śara̍ṇa̩, (is) the maha̍t; |

In sarva̩ vyasa̍na (and) sa̩mpatti̍ ¦

vyā̩vṛtty (and) a̍bhyu̩daya̍, (is) ma̩ta̍. || 9.11 ||

Āśraya Parā

Kārikā Dvādaśaḥ

Of these kleśa̍ ̇s shall be jñeya̩ ̇d the vṛtī̍nā, ‸ consta̍ntly, for anu̩gata̍, ‸ bīja̍, to be u̩tkṛṣṭa̍ ̇d in kāla̍; ¦

wherei̩n, (twas) nasta̍ ̇ng the pra̩yāta̍, ‸ (that) bha̍va̩ti ̇s, with these su̍vi̩pula̍ ̇s, ‸ by sarva̩ hāni̍ pra̩kāra̍ ̇s. |

For buddha̍tva, the śukla̩ dharma̍ ‸ pra̩vara̍ guṇa̩ yutā̍, ‸ of the ā̩śraya̍, ano̩ther manne̍r, (is) ā̍pti ̇d; ¦

that prā̩pti̍ ̇ng, from nirvi̩kalpa̍, ‸ from viṣa̍ya su̩maha̍ta ̇nt, ‸ from the jñāna̩ mārga̍, from su̩śuddha̍. || 9.12 ||

Kārikā Trayodaśaḥ

Sthita̍ ̇ng also̩, in tha̍t, he̩, the tathā̍gata̩, (is a) jaga̍t. ¦

The mahā̍ a̍cala̩ i̩ndra̍ sthā̍, like tha̩t, a̍bhyu̩dīkṣa̍te̩ ̇s. |

For śama̍ a̍bhi̩rāma̍, karuṇā̩ a̩yate̍ ̇s, to the jana̩. ¦

In agha̍ (being) a̍bhi̩rāma̍, (tis) othe̩rwise, in (a) jana̍; insoo̩th, who̍ (is so), pra̩yte̍ll. || 9.13 ||

Kārikā Caturdaśaḥ

Pra̩vṛtti̍, u̩dvṛtti̍, a̩vṛtti̍, the ā̩śraya̍, ¦

ni̩vṛtti̍, ā̩vṛtti̍, moreo̩ver, dvayā̍, a̍dvayā̍, |

samā̍, vi̩śiṣṭā̍, likewi̩se, sarva̍gā̩, ā̩tmi̍kā like, ¦

of these tathā̩gata̍ ̇s, the pari̩vṛtti̍ (tis) iṣya̍te ̇d. || 9.14 ||

Kārikā Pañcadaśaḥ

Which manne̩r, the a̩mba̍ra sarva̩ gata̍ ̇ng, (tis) every time̩ (a) mata̍; ¦

that manne̩r, ju̩st so tha̎t, the sarva̩ gata̍, (tis) every time̩ (a) mata̍. |

Which manne̩r, the a̩mba̍ra, in rūpa̩ gaṇa̍ ̇s, (tis) sarva̩ga̍ ̇ng ; ¦

that manne̩r, ju̩st so tha̎t, in sattva̩ gaṇa̍ ̇s, (tis) sarva̩ga̍ ̇ng. || 9.15 ||

Kārikā Ṣoḍaśaḥ

Which ma̍nner, in (an) uda̩ bhāja̍na, in bhinna'ng, ¦

the Candra̩'s bimba̍, (tis) no̩t dṛśya̍te'd. |

That ma̩nner, in these duṣṭa̍'ng, in these sattva̍'s, ¦

the Buddha̩'s bimba̍, (tis) no̩t dṛśya̍te'd. || 9.16 ||

Kārikā Saptadaśaḥ

Which manne̩r, (an) a̩gni jva̍late̩'s; otherwi̍se, ¦

agai̩n, in an othe̍rway, śā̩mya̍ti's. |

Amo̩ngst these Buddha's, likewi̩se, in that ma̩nner, shall be jñe̍ya'd, ¦

the sa̩ndarśa̍na, the a̩darśa̍na. || 9.17 ||

Anābhoga Apratiprasrabdha

Kārikā Aṣṭādaśaḥ

From being a̩ghaṭi̍ta̩'d, ˰ for these tūrya̍'s, ¦

which manner, pe̩rhaps, (tis) the śabda̍'s sa̩mbhava̍. |

Tha̩t manner, in the jina̍, withou̩t (a) bhoga̍, ¦

these deśa̩ nāya̍ ̇s, (are) to samu̩dbhava̍. || 9.18 ||

Kārikā Navadaśaḥ

Which ma̩nner, (of a) maṇi̍, (tis) witho̩ut yatna̍, ¦

for svapra̩bhāva̍ ni̩darśa̍na ̇ng. |

In these buddha̍ ̇s, a̩lso̍, (tis) witho̩ut (a) bhoga̍; ¦

that ma̩nner, shall be do̍ne, the ni̩darśa̍na ̇ng. || 9.19 ||

Kārikā Viṃśaḥ

Which manne̩r, in the ā̩kāśa̍, avi̩cchinnā̍ ̇d, ¦

they are dṛ̍śya̩nte ̇d, from the loka̍ta̩s, these kriya̍ ̇s. |

That manne̩r, just so̍, in the a̍nā̩srava̍, in the dhātu̍, ¦

avi̩cchinnā̍ ̇d, (are) these jina̩ kriya̍ ̇s. || 9.20 ||

Kārikā Ekaviṃśaḥ

Which manne̩r, in the ā̩kāśa̍, of these kri̩ya̍ ̇s, assure̩dly, ¦

(is,) the hāni̍, the abhyu̩daya̍ ̇ng, alwa̩ys. |

That manne̩r, just so̍, in the a̍nā̩srava̍ dhātu̍, ¦

(is) the Buddha̍ ̇s kārya̩ u̩daya̍ ̇ng (and) vyaya̍ ̇ng. || 9.21 ||

Anāsrava Dhātu Gāmbhīrya

Kārikā Dvāviṃśaḥ

The paurva̩^āa̩parya̍ vi̩śiṣṭa̍, a̍lso, ¦

complete̩ly a̩vara̍ṇa ̇ng ni̩rmalā̍, |

nei̩ther śuddhā̍, no̩r indee̍d also̩, a̩śuddhā̍, ¦

(tis) tatha̍tā, buddha̍tā, matā̍. || 9.22 ||

Kārikā Trayoviṃśaḥ

In śūnya̍tā, in vi̩śuddhā̍, ¦

for those nai̩rātmya̍ ̇s, from the mārga̩ lābha̍ ̇ng; |

those Buddha̍ ̇s, from śuddha̩ ā̩tma lābhi̍tva, ¦

(are) gatā̍ ̇d, unto the ātma̩ (of) mahā̍ ā̍tma̩tā ̇ness. || 9.23 ||

Kārikā Caturviṃśaḥ

Neithe̩r bhāva̍, no̩r, indee̍d also̩, a̩bhāva̍, ¦

the buddha̍tva, by tha̩t, (tis) kathya̍te ̇d. |

From tha̩t, (is) Buddha̍, that wa̩y, in the praśna̍; ¦

“(is) a̩vyā̍kṛta̩ naya̍ ̇ng mata̍?” || 9.24 ||

Kārikā Pañcaviṃśaḥ

The dāha̩ ̇s śānti̍, which manne̩r, (tis) in loha̍; ¦

in darśa̍na ̇ng, of the timi̍ra, (tis) also̩. |

In citta̩ ̇d jñāna̍, that manne̩r, in (a) bauddha̍, ¦

bhāva̩ and a̩bhāva̍, (are) no̩t śasya̍te ̇d. || 9.25 ||

Kārikā Ṣaḍviṃśaḥ

Of these Buddha̍ ̇s, in (an) a̩mala̍ dhātu̍, ¦

(tis) no̩t e̩katā̍, bahu̩tā̍ no̩t a̍lso, |

from the ā̩kāśa̍'s vada̩'ng deha̍tva, ¦

pūrva̩, from (a) deha̍ a̍nu̩sāra̍ ̇ng. || 9.26 ||

Kārikā Saptaviṃśaḥ

In these bala̍ ̇s (of) a̍di̩buddha̩ dharma̍, ¦

bodhī̍ ̇ng, is the ratna̩ ā̩kara̍ u̍pamā̍ ̇st. |

In those Jaga̩t kuśa̍la̩ (of) sasya̍, ¦

(a) mahā̍ megha̩ u̩pamā̍ ̇st, (is) the matā̍. || 9.27 ||

Kārikā Aṣṭāviṃśaḥ

From puṇya̩ jñāna̍ su̩pūrṇa̍tva, ¦

pūrṇa̩'d candra̍'ng u̍pamā̩'st, (is) the matā̍. |

From jñāna̩ ̇ng the ā̩loka̍ (of) kara̩tva̍, a̩lso, ¦

mahā̩ ā̩ditya̍ u̍pamā̩ ̇st, (is) the matā̍. || 9.28 ||

Kārikā Navaviṃśaḥ

They shall be a̩meyā̍ ̇ble, these ra̩śmi̍ ̇s, a̩s surely a̍s ¦

vyā̩miśrā̍ ̇d, in bhānu̩'s maṇḍa̍la. |

Alwa̩ys, o̩ne kāryā̎, ‸ they va̩rta̍nte̩. ¦

For the loka̍, they make ā̩loka̍yanti̩, also̍. || 9.29 ||

Kārikā Triṃśaḥ

That manne̩r, just so, a̍nā̩srava̍'d in the dhātu̍, ¦

of the̩se Buddha̍'s, tis the apra̩meya̍tā. |

Mixed toge̍ther to (an) eka̩'ty shall be kāryā̍'d, ˰ in these kṛtya̍'s; ¦

(tis) Jñāna̍ ā̍loka̩ karā̍'ng, the matā̍. || 9.30 ||

Kārikā Ekatriṃśaḥ

Whi̩ch manne̍r, from e̍ka̩ raśmi̍ ni̩ḥsāra̍'ng, ¦

tis sarva̩ raśmi̍ (with) vi̩ni̍ḥsṛti̩. |

From bhānu̍, that manne̩r, just so̩, of these buddha̍'s, ¦

shall be jñeyā̍'d, (is) jñāna̩ (with) vini̍ḥsṛti̩. || 9.31 ||

Kārikā Dvātriṃśaḥ

Which manne̩r, like tha̍t, of ā̍ditya̩'s raśmi̍'s, ¦

in the vṛtti̍, no̩t a̩sti̍ ̇s (a) mamā̍yita̩. |

That manne̍r, ju̍st so, of buddha̩ ˰ jñāna̍'s, ¦

in the vṛtti̍, no̩t a̩sti̍ ̇s, (a) mamā̍yita̩. || 9.32 ||

Kārikā Trayastriṃśaḥ

Which ma̍nner, with Sūrya̩'s eka̍ mukta̩'d ā̩bha̍'s, ¦

with these raśmi̍'s, (tis) bhā̩sya̍te̩'d the Jaga̍t. |

Fo̩rthwith, shall be jñeya̍'d, that ma̩nner, tis sarva̍, ¦

with these buddha̩'d jñāna̍'s, pra̩bhā̍sya̩te̍'d. || 9.33 ||

Kārikā Catustriṃśaḥ

Which manne̩r, ju̩st so, of Ā̍ditya̩'s raśmi̍'s, ¦

tis of megha̍ a̍dyā̩vara̍ṇa's, the mata̍. |

That manne̩r, like tha̍t, of these buddha̩'d jñāna̍'s, ¦

ā̩vṛti̍, tis the sattva̩'s duṣṭa̍tā. || 9.34 ||

Kārikā Pañcatriṃśaḥ

Which ma̍nner, from pāṃśu̩ (and) vaśa̍, on vastra̍, ¦

the raṅga̩'s citrā̍, is a̍vi̩citra̍tā. |

That ma̍nner, from (an) a̍vedha̩ ̇ble vaśa̍, for mukti̍, ¦

the jñāna̩ citrā̍, (is) a̍vi̩citra̍tā. || 9.35 ||

Kārikā Ṣaṭtriṃśaḥ

For gāmbhī̍rya, in the a̩mala̍, in the dhātu̍, ¦

in the lakṣa̩ṇa (of) sthāna̍'ng karma̍ ̇s, |

of these buddha̍ ̇s, (tis) this, twas u̩dita̍ ̇d; ¦

“with these raṅga̍ ̇s, else̩, the ā̩kāśa̍ citra̍ṇā”. || 9.36 ||

Kārikā Saptatriṃśaḥ

Of a̍ll this, the avi̩śiṣṭa̍ ̇d the̍reto̩, ¦

Tatha̍tā, (tis) to śu̩ddhi̍, ā̩gatā̍ ̇d; |

to the tathā̩gata̍tva, ˰ from tha̩t, a̍lso. ¦

Therefo̩re, (are) these garbha̍ ̇s, (are) a̩ll these dehi̍na ̇s. || 9.37 ||

Vibhutva Vibhāga

Kārikā Aṣṭātriṃśaḥ

Of these śrāva̍ka̩ ̇s, (tis) by vi̩bhutva̍, ¦

of the lauki̩ka̍, (tis) abhi̩bhū̍ya̩te̍ ̇d. |

With the pratye̩ka̍ buddha̩ bhauma̍, ¦

of the śrāva̍ka, (tis) abhi̩bhū̍ya̩te̍ ̇d. || 9.38 ||

Kārikā Navatriṃṣaḥ

Of the bodhi̩sattva̍ ̇s vi̩bhutva̍ ̇ness, ¦

tha͈t!, to kalā̍, (doth) not anu̩gaccha̍ti. |

Of the tathā̩gata̍ ̇s vi̩bhutva̍ ̇ness, ¦

tha͈t!, to kalā̍, (doth) not anu̩gaccha̍ti. || 9.39 ||

Kārikā Catvāriṃśaḥ

For the apra̩meya̍, for the a̩cintya̍ also, ¦

vi̩bhutva̍, for a bauddha̩, tis iṣya̍te ̇d. |

Of whi̍ch, in whi̩ch, whi̍ch manner, as greatly a̩s, ¦

(are) in kāla̍, whe̩rei̍n, (do) pra̩va̍rtate̩. || 9.40 ||

Kārikā Ekacatvāriṃśaḥ

In the pañca̩ i̩ndri̍ya parā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (tis) labhya̍te ̇d; late̩r, |

in (a) sarva̍ a̍rtha̩ ̇s vṛtti̍, ‸ of a̩ll thi̍s, ¦

tis in the guṇa̍ ̇s dvā̩daśa̍śata̩ u̩daya̍ ̇ng. || 9.41 ||

Kārikā Dvācatvāriṃśaḥ

From the mana̍s, moreo̩ver, in parā̩vṛtti̍ ̇ng, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ tis labhya̩te ̇d; late̍r, |

(tis) in the vi̩bhutva̍ a̍nu̩cara̍ ̇ng, in the jñāna̍, ¦

in nirvi̩kalpa̍, in (being) suni̩rmala̍. || 9.42 ||

Kārikā Trayaścatvāriṃśaḥ

On being with the sā̍rtha̩ to u̩dgraha̍ parā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (tis) labhya̩te ̇d; la̍ter, |

(tis) in the kṣetra̩ ̇s śuddhi̍; which manne̩r, kāma̍, ¦

tis for bhoga̍ sa̩ndarśa̍na̩ ̇ng, most assure̍dly. || 9.43 ||

Kārikā Catuścatvāriṃśa

Of vi̩kalpa̍, in parā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (tis) labhya̩te ̇d; la̍ter, |

in (being) avyā̩ghāta̍; consta̩ntly, for a ti̍me, ¦

a̩ll of thi̍s, (tis) of these jñāna̩ ̇ng karma̍ṇā. || 9.44 ||

Kārikā Pañcacatvāriṃśaḥ

Of prati̩ṣṭhā̍, in parā̩vṛtti̍ ̇ng, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (tis) labhya̩te̍ ̇d; la̩ter, |

the a̍prati̩ṣṭhita̍ ni̩rvāṇa̍, ¦

of these bu̩ddha̍ ̇s, (tis) on a̩cala̍ ̇ng pa̩da̍. || 9.45 ||

Kārikā Ṣaṭcatvāriṃśaḥ

Of the maithu̍na, in parā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (tis) la̍bhya̩te ̇d; late̍r, |

in (a) buddha̩ saukhya̍ vi̩hāra̍̍, the̩n, ¦

the dārā̍, (is) in (an) a̍sa̩ṅkleśa̍ darśa̍na. || 9.46 ||

Kārikā Saptacatvāriṃśaḥ

The ā̩kāśa̍ sa̩ñjñā̍'ng, ˰ in vyā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

the vi̩bhutva̍ (is) la̍bhya̩te ̇d; late̍r, |

(tis) in the cinti̩ta's artha̍ of sa̩mṛddhi̍, also, ¦

in the gati̩ rūpa̍'s vi̩bhāva̍na. || 9.47 ||

Kārikā Aṣṭācatvāriṃśaḥ

Just so̍, shall be in the a̩meya̍ ̇ble parā̩vṛtti̍, ¦

shall be (an) a̩meya̍ ̇ble vi̩bhutā̍, the matā̍, |

from a̩cintya̍ kṛtya̍ a̍nu̩ṣṭhāna̍ ̇ng, ¦

of these buddha̍ ̇s, in (an) a̩mala̩ ā̩śraya̍. || 9.48 ||

Sattva Paripāka Nimittatva

Kārikā Navacatvāriṃśaḥ

In śubha̍, the vṛddha̍, the loka̍ ‸ vra̍ja̩ti ̇s, in su̍vi̩śuddhi̍, for para̩ma̍tā. ¦

In śubha̍, and having anā̩rabdhvā̍ ̇d, ‸ (doth) vra̍ja̩ti, in śubha̍ vṛddhi̍, to para̩ma̍tā. |

Vra̍ja̩ti ̇s, thus, the loka̍, ‸ in the diśi̍·diśi̩, of these jina̍ ̇s, by these su̩kathi̍ta ̇s. ¦

The a̩pakva̍ ̇d, the pakva̍ ̇d, inde̩ed, ‸ (are) no̍t also̩ agai̍n, for (an) a̩śeṣa̍ ̇ng dhruva̍, he̩re in this world. || 9.49 ||

Kārikā Pañcāśaḥ

For mahā̩ bodhi̍, consta̩ntly, ‸ tis for a dhruva̍, of these a̩śara̍ṇa, a̩nd for śara̍ṇa. |

They labha̍nte, wherefo̩re, the dhīrā̍, ‸ [diśi·diśi], alwa̩ys, is for (a) sa̍rva sa̩maya̍. ¦

Thus so, wo̍nderfu̩lly, in the loka̍, ‸ tis from the su̩vidhi̍ ̇s cara̩ṇa̍, not a̩dbhuta̍, therefo̩re. || 9.50 ||

Kārikā Ekapañcāśaḥ

At any time, for these dharma̍ ̇s, for the cakra̍, ‸ ‐‐with these bahu̩ mukha̍ ̇s by the śata̍ ̇s‐‐, darśa̍yati̩'d, it is. ¦

At any ti̍me, tis for janma̩ ̇s a̩ntardhi̍, ‸ in any circu̩mstance, thereto̍ to be vi̩citrā̍ ̇nt, for the jana̩ ̇s carī̍. |

At any ti̩me, for the kṛtsnā̍ bodhi̍, ‸ in any circu̩mstance, thereto̍, also tis to nir̩vāṇa̍, qui̩te ofte̍n. ¦

Not also̩ from (a) sthāna̍, from tha̎t, ‸ vi̩ca̍la̩ti ̇s one everythi̍ng; also̩ one kuru̍te ̇s. || 9.51 ||

Kārikā Dvāpañcāśaḥ

Nau̩ght of these buddha̍ ̇s, thu̩s, ‸ bha̍vati ̇s of me̩ pakva̍ ̇d; thi͈s one (tis), just so̍, also ¦

apra̩pācya̍, thi̩s dehī̍; ‸ thereto̩, also, at thi̎s time (tis) apācya̍ta ̇d, thu̩s so. |

Withou̍t sa̩ṃskāra̍, in sooth, ‸ to bring to pra̩pāca̍, upa̩yāti̍ ̇s, ju̍st so̩, the jana̍tā. ¦

By these śubha̍ dharma̍ ̇s, consta̩ntly, ‸ in di̍śi·diśi̩, the sa̩mantā̍, (tis) for traya̩ mukha̍. || 9.52 ||

Kārikā Trayaḥpañcāśaḥ

Which ma̩nner, to āyatna̍ after, the bhānu̍, ‸ co̩ntinuo̍usly, with these vi̩ṣada̍, with these aṃśa̍ vi̩sara̍ ̇s, ¦

for the pra̩pāka̍ ̇ng, of these sa̩sya̍, ‸ in diśi̩·diśi̍, from the sa̩manta̍, (doth he) pra̩kuru̍te. |

That ma̍nner, the dharma̩ ̇s a̩rka̍, also, ‸ with these pra̩śama̍ vidhi̩ dharma̍ ̇s a̍śu ̇ly vi̩sara̍ ̇ng, ¦

for the pra̩pāka̍ ̇ng, of these sasya̍, ‸ in diśi̩·diśi̍, from the sa̩manta̍, (doth) pra̩kuru̍te. || 9.53 ||

Kārikā Catuḥpañcāśaḥ

Which manne̩r, from e̩ka dīpa̍, ‸ bha̍vati̩ ̇s, numero̍us, the dīpa̍ ̇s ni̩caya̍. ¦

Shall be apra̩meya̍ ̇ble, shall be asa̩ṅkhyeya̍ ̇ble; ‸ no̩t also, (doth) i̍t aga̩in eti̍, to vya̩ya̍, from thi̩s. |

That ma̩nner, the bauddha̍, the dhātu̍, ‸ (tis) co̩nsta̍ntly, with those sa̩mita̍ ̇d, by śuddhi̍ vi̩śana̍ ̇ng; ¦

no̩t to tṛpti̍, to vṛddhi̍ also̩; ‸ (doth) vraja̍ti the para̍mā̩ ̇st, a̩stoni̍shingly, he̩re, for tha̍t. || 9.55 ||

Buddha Kāya Vibhāge

Kārikā Ṣaṣitamaḥ

The svā̩bhāvi̍ka, then the sā̩mbhogya̍, ¦

the kāya̍ nai̩rmāṇi̍ka, (tis) apa̩ra̍ ̇st. |

These kāya̩ bhedā̍ ̇s, (are) assure̩dly, of these buddha̍ ̇s. ¦

The pra̩thama̍, (tis) in sooth, the dvayā̩ ̇s ā̩śraya̍. || 9.60 ||

Kārikā Ekaṣaṣtaḥ

In a̩ll these dhātu̍ ̇s, the sā̩mbhogya̍ ¦

(tis) bhinna̍ ̇ng, by these gaṇa̩ pa̍ri̩graha̍ ̇ng; |

with these kṣetra̍ ̇s, also̩ with these nāma̍n ̇s, with these kāya̍ ̇s, ¦

by these dharma̍ sa̩mbhoga̍ ce̩ṣṭi̍ta ̇s. || 9.61 ||

Kārikā Dvāṣaṣtaḥ

Sama̩ (is) the sūkṣma̍, also, tha̩t was śiṣṭa̍ ̇ng, ¦

the kāya̍, the svā̩bhāvi̍ka̩, the mata̍, |

the sa̩mbhoga̍ ̇s vi̩bhutā̍, the hetu̩; ¦

which manne̍r, i̍ṣṭa, (tis) in the bhoga̩ ̇s darśa̍na. || 9.62 ||

Kārikā Trayaḥṣaṣtaḥ

Shall be a̩meya̍ ̇ble, the buddha̍ ni̩rmāṇa̍, ¦

the kāya̍ nai̩rmāṇi̍ka̩, the mata̍. |

Of dvaya̍, (tis) the dvaya̩ a̩rtha̍ ̇s sa̩mpatti̍, ¦

sarva̩ ā̩kārā̍, prati̩ṣṭhitā̍ ̇ng. || 9.63 ||

Kārikā Catuḥṣaṣtaḥ

With these śilpa̩ janma̍ mahā̩bodhi̍, ¦

always, with ni̩rvāṇa̍ darśa̩na̍ ̇s, |

the buddha̍ ̇s ni̩rmāṇa̍ kāya̍, (tis) thi̩s, ¦

mahā̩māya̍, in vi̩moca̍na. || 9.64 ||

Kārikā Pañcaṣaṣṭaḥ

With these tri̍, with these kāya̍ ̇s, indeed, shall increase vi̩jñeya̍ ̇ng, ¦

of these buddha̍ ̇s, the kāya̍ sa̩ṅgraha̍ ̇ng. |

With (a) sā̩śraya̍, svapa̩rārtha̍, (is) he who̩m, ¦

with these tri̍, with these kāya̍ ̇s, (t'was) ni̩darśi̍ta ̇ng. || 9.65 ||

Kārikā Ṣaṭṣaṣṭaḥ

By ā̩śra̍ya̩, by the ā̩śaya̍, thereto̩, ¦

by karma̍ṇā, tho̩se, (are) the samā̍ matā̍. |

By pra̩kṛtyā̍, by a̍sraṃsa̍na̩ ̇ng, therefo̍re, ¦

by pra̩bandha̍, (tis) in the̩se, the nitya̍tā. || 9.66 ||

For an apra̩tiṣṭha̍ ̇ng śama̩ ā̩viṣṭa̍ ̇d, ¦

sama̍tā ̇lity (tis), the jñāna̍, iṣya̍te ̇d. || 9.70 ||

Kārikā Ekasaptataḥ

From both mahā̍ maitrī̩ (and) kṛpā̍, also̩, ¦

sarva̩ kāla̍ a̍nu̩ga, (tis) the mata̍. |

Which manne̍r, for the a̍dhi̩mokṣa̍, ˰ of these sattva̍ ̇s, ¦

(tis) the buddha̩ (a) bimba̍ (of) ni̩darśa̍ka. || 9.71 ||

Kārikā Dvāsaptataḥ

The pratya̩vekṣa̍ṇaka̩, in jñāna̍, ¦

in jñeya̍ ̇s, (is) to be avyā̩hata̍ ̇ed, alwa̩ys. |

Of these dhāra̩ṇi̍ ̇s, of these samā̩dhi̍ ̇s, ¦

(tis) for ni̩dhāna̍ ̇ng u̍pa̩ma ̇st, in this wa̍y, also̩. || 9.72 ||
