The ātma·dharma upacāra, verily, ¦

(tis) vividha, which pravartate's. |

In vijñāna pariṇāma, that one, ¦

the pariṇāma, it also, (is) tridhā. || 1 ||

The vipāka, manana·ākhya, and ¦

the vijñapti, of the viṣaya also, |

therein, the ālaya, ākhya, ‸ vijñāna, ¦

(tis) the vipāka, for every bījaka. || 2 ||

For the asaṃviditaka·upādi ¦

sthāna·vijñaptika also, that |

always, the sparśa·manaskāra ¦

vid°ng sañjñā, (tis) to cetana anvita°d. || 3 ||

Upekṣā, vedanā, therefore, ¦

for anivṛta°d avyākṛta, also that, |

that manner, (tis) the sparśa adaya, that also ¦

vartate°s, srota aughavat. || 4 ||

Of that (sparśa·adaya), (tis a) vyāvṛtti, in arhattva°ness, ¦

then, having āśritya°d, (it) pravartate°s. |

So also, for ālamba°nce, (is) the manonāma ¦

vijñāna, the manana·ātmaka thereof. || 5 ||

By these kleśa°s, by the catur together, ¦

by these nivṛta°d avyākṛta°s, (art) always, |

by ātma·dṛṣṭi ātma·moha ātma· ¦

·māna ātma·sneha sañjñita°ed. || 6 ||

Yatra·ja, (tis) by tan·maya with the others, ¦

with sparśa°s ādya°ly also; of the arhat, (tis) not that, |

nor in nirodha·samāpatti, ¦

on the mārga loka·uttara not also. || 7 ||

The dvitīya pariṇāma, (tis) this one. ¦

The tṛtīya, (tis) of ṣaḍvidha, yā°ng, |

of the viṣaya, the upalabdhi, she, ¦

kuśala·akuśala adva yā°ng. || 8 ||

Always, by ga°ng to these viniyata°d ¦

kuśala caitasa°s, (tis) that one, |

samprayuktā°d, that manner, with these kleśa°s, ¦

with these upakleśa°s, tis the trivedanā. || 9 ||

These are ādya, the sparśa adaya, the chanda ¦

adhimokṣa (and) smṛti together, |

from both samādhi (and) dhī niyata°d, ¦

śradda then hrī (and) apatrapā. || 10 ||

Alobha‐ ādi·traya, (also) vīrya ¦

(and) praśrabdhi, with apramādikā |

(and) ahiṃsā, (are) the kuśala°s; the kleśa°s (are) ¦

rāga, pratigha, (and) mūḍhi. || 11 ||

Those māna·dṛk vicikitsa°s, and ¦

in krodha upanahana°ng, again, |

mrakṣa, pradāśa (and) īrṣyā, then, ¦

mātsarya, together with māyā. || 12 ||

śāṭhya, mada, avihiṃsā, ahrī, ¦

atrapā, styāna, uddhava, |

āśraddhya, then kausīdya, ¦

pramāda, muṣitā smṛti, || 13 ||

Vikṣepa, asamprajanya, and ¦

kaukṛtya, middha (tis) like that also; |

vitarka and vicāra, (are) also thus so, ¦

upakleśa°s, in (a) dvaya, two ways. || 14 ||

Of these pañca, in the mūla·vijñāna, ¦

whereof, to pratyaya, (is) the udbhava, |

of those vijñāna, together; (tis) not otherwise, ¦

of those taraṅga°s, which like manner, (are) in jala. || 15 ||

The mano·vijñāna sambhūti, ¦

always, tis from āsañjñika, except, |

from the samāpatti·dvaya, from middha, ¦

from mūrcchana, also, from acittaka. || 16 ||

The vijñāna·pariṇāma, this, ¦

the vikalpa, which, (tis) vikalpyate'd. |

By that, that not is, by that, this, ¦

entirety, tis vijñapti·mātraka. || 17 ||

For every bīja, verily, (tis) vijñāna, ¦

the pariṇāma thereof; that way, |

(they) yāti, to one another, from vaśa; by which, ¦

the vikalpa (tis) that, that (is) jayate°d. || 18 ||

From karman, the vāsanā, with the grāha ¦

dvaya vāsanā, together, |

in (being) kṣīṇa°d, before, vipāka°ng, otherwise, ¦

for vipāka°ng, (they are caused to) janayanti, that (karman). || 19 ||

By whomever, (is) with vikalpa, ¦

whatever the vastu, (tis) vikalpyate°d. |

Parikalpita°d, just so, that one (vastu), ¦

(a) svabhāva, not he, (tis) vidyate°d. || 20 ||

The paratantra svabhāva, in sooth, ¦

(tis) the vikalpa, the pratyaya udbhava. |

Niṣpanna°d, of that, by pūrva°ng, ¦

always, the rahitatā, verily, (tis) the yā. || 21 ||

From this, just so, (is) it (vikalpa), not in this way, other, ¦

not other, from the paratantra, |

the anityatā, ādivat°ly vācya°ng. ¦

Not in ādṛṣṭa, in this, (is) it (vikalpa) dṛśyate°d. || 22 ||

Of the trividha svabhāva, ¦

for the trividhā niḥsvabhāvatā, |

having sandhāya°d all of these dharma°s, ¦

was deśitā°d the niḥsvabhāvatā. || 23 ||

Prathama, by lakṣaṇa, in this way, ¦

is the niḥsvabhāva apara, again, |

not, itself, the bhāva, of this, thus so, ¦

(tis) aparā the niḥsvabhāvatā. || 24 ||

Of these dharma°s, the highest·artha also, ¦

that, from which, (is) the tathatā; therefore, that (is), |

for all kāla, that manner, from bhāva; ¦

that (tis), verily, the vijñapti·mātratā. || 25 ||

Whilst, in the vijñapti·mātratva, ¦

the vijñāna (doth) not avatiṣṭhati. |

Of grāha°ng dvaya, for the anuśaya ¦

stāva, (it doth) not vinivartate. || 26 ||

The vijñapti·mātra, like that, (tis) this; ¦

thus so, thereto, indeed, (tis) the upalambhata |

sthāpaya; before, whatever ¦

in the tanmātra, not avatiṣṭhati°s. || 27 ||

Which time, the ālambana, the vijñāna, ¦

not like that, upalabhate°s; then, |

sthita°ng, in the vijñāna·mātratva, ¦

in the grāhya abhāva, therefore, (tis) from the agraha°ng. || 28 ||

Acitta, the anupalambha, that one, ¦

(tis) the jñāna, for the loka uttara, also that, |

of the āśraya, the parāvṛtti. ¦

Two fold, (is) the dauṣṭhulya hānita°d. || 29 ||

That, in this way, anāsrava dhātu, ¦

acintya, kuśala, dhruva, |

sukha, vimukti kāya, (tis) that one. ¦

Dharma·ākhya, (tis) this one, from the mahā·muni. || 30 ||
